Washington State Cell Phone Law revised effective June 10, 2010
Holding your phone and texting while driving is now a Primary Offense in Washington State.
The revision to the existing takes effect June 10th, 2010, according to the Washington State website.
The fine is #124.
New drivers with instruction permits and drivers with intermediate licences are not allowed to use a wireless device at all, except in case of emergency.
